Today we’re going to talk about six action steps, that if you implement into your life, will help achieve your fitness goals or any goals that you may have.

Action Step 1

Use positive self talk. You need to think and say only positive things about yourself, and you need to create the most positive environment at all times. Try to eliminate all negativity from your daily routine.

Use positive words.  Your thoughts and words are extremely powerful and shape your realities…  

Replace phrases like “I hope” with “I know”.  (I KNOW I CAN DO THIS!)

Replace “I need” with “I Am”. (I am HEALTHY, and I am making better decisions about my health.)

Replace “I can’t” with “I can”.  (I can do whatever I set my mind to.)

Action Step 2

You need to be selfish enough to always put yourself first.

Meaning, you’ve got to make sure that you’re in the best health possible. That way you’re prepared to give everybody that you care about the best version of yourself. When you neglect your health, you’re just giving the world, your family, and the people you care about the worst version of yourself.

So always be selfish enough to put your health, your happiness, and your fitness first.

Action Step 3

Develop a strong belief in yourself. You can achieve whatever you set your mind to, because whatever you think, you become. If you think you can, you can. If you think you can’t, you can’t.

So always believe in yourself, no matter what anybody says, because the world is full of people who are going to be treating you ugly. Because people treat you how they feel about themselves.  So never let people who feel bad about themselves knock you off your course. Have strong belief in yourself.

Action Step 4

Develop a clear mental picture of exactly what you want. You need to formulate that in your mind and really think, “What is it I want?”

And don’t think little. If you think little, expect little, receive a little. When you expect a lot, you receive a lot. So create the grandest picture in your mind that you can imagine, and then go after that with everything that you have.

Action Step 5

Next, number five.

You need to actually feel what it feels like.  Because if we just visualize it, that’s like trying to taste food through a picture.

We need to actually use our imagination and muster up in our brain what would it feel like to achieve these amazing goals, these high expectations that we’re setting out to achieve. Because what you’re feeling now, you’re attracting more of. So muster up that strong feeling of how awesome that’s going to feel, because that’s what’s going to drive you to the goals that you desire.

Action Step 6

And then finally, number six. You need to be thankful.

Be thankful for everything you have. Be thankful for everything that has come your way, because a heart of gratitude will always be rewarded.

Achieving Your Goals

To achieve your goals, it’s important to implement these six steps into your “daily routine”.  You can’t just do it once. You need to say the words and do it every day.

You’ve got to be thinking about the goals and these things all the time. Because what you’re thinking, and what you’re doing, is developing a habit and a routine in your life.  

You need to think and act like the person that you want to become!
